Je m’intéresse à l’évolution du génome procaryote en relation avec son architecture (réplicon, éléments mobiles), notamment dans les cas particuliers de l’émergence de la symbiose rhizobienne fixatrice d’azote de Parasponia, seul cas connu d’association à des non-légumineuse, et de la dissémination d’antibiorésistance.

I am interested in the evolution of the procaryote genome in relation to its architecture (replicons, mobile elements), with a special focus on the emergence of the nitrogen-fixing rhizobial symbiosis with non-legumous plants and on the dissemination of antibiotic resistances.
